Randy returned our initial call promptly, told us he could rearrange some other work so that he could respond the same day, and quoted us a price (I told him the size and type of water heater that was being replaced). The leaky water heater was in the garage so there was no damage in side the house and we had already cleaned up the water that leaked.
Randy was on time, did the work, was fun to talk to in the process and did a very professional job. Randy has got to be one of the neatest / cleanest plumbers around -- far more so than other plumbers we've seen in the past.

The job went perfectly. What I appreciated the most is that he told me what NOT to spend money on now in regard to the tile and floor because I will be remodeling. He also told to be sure to tell the contractor to remove all flooring up to the pipe, not the flange, when the floor comes up. He will come back then to reinstall, which will be worth it.
