Throughout the process, Shayne kept suggesting less expensive ways to accomplish the same thing. And I quote when he said, "I'll do the work like it was my own house." Its great to have a one-stop shop for both plumbing and electrical, and the pricing was more than fair. We'll definitely use Shayne again.

Shayne is very knowledgeable, and he's always done a great job, no matter what I've had him out to do.  He has installed electrical outlets, maintained and repaired my A/C system, installed and repaired shower heads, and too many other things to list.  He's trustworthy and competent, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician, plumber, or HVAC repair.

HIRE  THIS  MAN !!   Why?  Yesterday it was 103 and today is hot.  About 4:00 am this morning my A/C is not cooling.  I turn it off and this morning I replaced the filter and let it run.  No cooling.  At 3:30 today I called this man to come fix it.  He confirmed with my husband who is a design engineer that it was the starting capacitor was damaged and the contactor had excess wear. WITHIN THE HOUR Mr. Pemberton was here as he said he would be.  He said the starting capacitor was on the verge of breaking but the motor was quite literally burned out as he showed my husband.  It was fried, as my husband puts it.  Mr. Pemberton did not have a motor on him and had to go to purchase it before 5:00.  This man made it happen!!!!   He was back and the unit was running by 5:30.  He has super powers!!!!  He's accurate, fast and made this happen.  What he did not know is that we have a medically impaired family member who requires the house to be cool.  His word and work are good.  His rates are reasonable.  I would hire him again any time because this was his first visit to my house.  I'll see him next year for a check up.  For all you Richardson people and anyone else, this is your go-to guy for A/C work.

Shayne was running about 10 minutes late but called to tell me.  Once he arrived we went over the list of items I had forwarded to him for maintenance and repair.  He did a thorough job inspecting the A/C unit, gas lines, and the hot water heater.  He explained what was and wasn't needed per the home inspection.  He completed the job within 3.5 hours from arrival to departure.

I was able to fix the piping problem myself for a little over $6.00. Although I still had water problem in the wall, Shayne saved me probably a couple of hundred dollars.  I recommend Pemberton Plumbing to anyone needing someone they can trust!

Shayne was great. Very professional and had a tough job taking out the old hot water heaters. He explained all the options to us and was very clear, helping us make the best decision we could.

We have used Shane over the years for annual inspections and for HVAC replacements. He has replaced one entire unit as well as two furnaces and one A/C unit.  He responds quickly to my calls and is able to come out to check out a problem in a very timely fashion.  He is knowledgeable about systems and does not try to upsell you to something that still has some life in it!  It is always a good idea to be consistent with your HVAC provider and we will continue to use Shane.

I had what appeared to be a condensation drain blockage that was leaking water into my utility closet. I left a message for Shane first thing in the morning and he returned the call in a timely manner. He stated that he had other jobs scheduled already, but he would come over when those were complete. I showed him the problem and what I thought was the problem. He concurred that it was a possibility and then outlined my options in the event that the condensation drain was not the problem. To correct my issue he had to modify the exiting drain line to clean it out. So far so good...I haven't had any additional water pooling in the utility closet.







Additionally, he told me about how he would go about correcting a shower spigot problem so that I could work on it on my own. Something is preventing the use of the spigot...water will only run through the shower head.

We needed a new electric water heater.  We were shopping around for a tankless water heater and obtained several bids.  All but this one provided a bid for a gas tankless water heater.  Pemberton actually recommended not going tankless.  They were willing and able to do it, but due to the cost and time factors, they said I wouldn't get a return on my investment for a LONG period of time.  I found them to be honest in that sense.
We went with them for the replacement of an electric water heater with a new electric water heater...even though it wasn't what we originally wanted.  Their recommendation and price made better sense.  Plus, he recommended a brand I knew and trusted (Bradford White).
His people came out as scheduled and finished the job in a professional manner.  There was an issue which we didn't notice, but Mr Pemberton caught after the job was done (the lines going into and out of the water heater were reversed).  He apologized several times and sent his crew out to fix the issue immediately.  Mistakes happen...it is how they are resolved that matter.  I was happy with the resolution.

Shayne was wonderful. He was recommended to me by a friend. He came out initially, took a look at my kitchen faucet explained to me what the issue was and gave me some options on how to address the issue. He stated that I could either get a replacement hose, which would have a similar issue in a year or two, or get a new faucet without the spayer. I opted to go purchase a new faucet and we scheduled to have Shayne come back out. He didn't charge me for the initial visit until he came back to replace the faucet, which I thought was great of him to do. When he came back and returned to replace the faucet, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and approximately when he would be arriving. He was in and out quickly and took care of everything for me.
I will defintely use Shayne again.

I have been using him for several years.  He may be a little on the expensive side, but he is really good.

All the work that Shane has done for me has been done in a timely manner and I have never needed to call him out to re do any work that he has done.

Shane has always been professional, timely and done a nice job for us. He has made short notice calls when we've had emergencies, but this was just a routine replacement of a system. I've known this unit was suspect for a while (Shane does annual service for us in the spring/fall to check up all of our systems), and decided to replace it this year. In any event, this was an uneventful replacement - quick and relatively painless. He also has done plumbing and electrical work for us over the years, including fixing leaks, rebuilding toilets, replacing faucets, adding electrical outlets, replacing light fixtures, and swapping out water heaters. He is a 1 man show, but if your timelines work with him, he's great.

They were great. The owner is just a great guy. He is licensed in plumbing, heating and AC, and electric work. He can do it all. If you want a ceiling fan installed or an AC installed or any electric work done, he can do it all.

Quick and easy - Shane was professional as always, and does a great job every he works on the house. He arrived on time, serviced the units, installed a new thermostat (at our request, one wasn't working right), and was on his way in about an hour and a half. Price for tuneups was what he quoted, and the thermostat install was reasonable as well.

I have been very happy with everything he has worked on. He is polite and professional, and explains everything in detail.
