Peeks has been in business since 1969 and has been a part of the Mill Creek family since 2002. Millcreek employs approximately 500 full-time employees. There are twenty-one locations throughout the state of Oklahoma, Kansas, including 4 locations in North Texas dedicated to the carpet, wood and tile business. In every location, we strive to give our customers a positive experience with our award-winning customer service. Our installers are like family and many have worked for us for over 15 years. There was an issue getting a brick floor leveled. Wrong material was used so it cracked and it had to be scraped off twice, leaving a cloud of white dust everywhere. After three tries, it was done properly. The carpet was laid well and completed over a two-day period. Seams are virtually invisible. There are places where you step and hear a crunching sound; assume this is some component in the pad underneath. The carpet layers were on time, professional, and worked until late each day in order to finish in two days. Was a major task moving everything around to install the carpet, but the guys were careful and we had no damage.

Do NOT hire Peek's for any kind of flooring needs. Let's be honest...carpet is carpet. So when choosing a company, it really comes down to customer service and professionalism. My interactions with Peek's started out well. The carpet was installed quickly and on time. About a month later, the carpet started bubbling around the edges of the room, so I called them to come repair it, and install a piece of remnant carpet in a closet. Without boring you with all the details, I was shuffled around to 5 different people over the course of a week, with each person knowing "nothing about it, but promising to take care of me", before the installation was scheduled. When they showed up, they did not have the remnant. They did the repair, cutting about six extra inches from around the edge of the room. So I had to rearrange my schedule for the next week for them to install the remnant, which again, turned out to be a nightmare experience, which ended with the manager literally hanging up on me. Both of my installations were done by contractors, not even Peek's employees. If you have the option to choose your flooring from another company, I would do so without hesitation.

Peek's Carpet did two big projects for us and did a truly outstanding
job. First, whole-house carpet was replaced with high-quality carpet and
pad and it is fabulous. Second, they resurfaced hand-scrubbed oak
floors to a smooth new finish and stained it to perfection. Totally

quality, or price.

I bought Natural Cork click-together flooring (from USfloors, I think) for $1700 for our kitchen. We had used this product previously in another state and liked it. This time, however, after it was installed if felt rough and was constantly dirty even after washing it. I tried to contact US Floors but they never returned my call. I mistakenly assumed they had changed the finish on the floor. We subsequently had another child and were too busy to deal with the floor. Later, I went into the provider's store again and looked at the sample and realized just how bad and defective my floors were. I brought a sample of our flooring in to the store and the salesman agreed it was unfinished. It has been 6 months and I have been calling or going in to the store every couple of weeks to follow up on this problem. Each time, I am told that they are trying to contact their manager or the vendor but nothing has been done. It is the worst customer service i have ever encountered. The product they sold me is unrecognizable and shoddy compared to the sample and yet they seem to be unwilling to fix the problem.

I liked everything about my experience. The project took an entire day to complete. The result is beautiful since I had gotten the nicest carpets and pads. Their prices were reasonable for high end products.

The installers were very punctual and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and stayed until 9 pm the last day to complete the job. I am very pleased with the final product.

Craig Eckstein was incredibly helpful. After meeting with a carpet salesman that turned out to be useless and insulting, he was a godsend. I had just two days to pick carpets for an entire house before leaving, and he helped narrow everything down immediately. He did the installation while I was away and everything went very smoothly. He stayed in touch via email and phone and let me know right away if any problems came up. He also pointed out which lines were having rebates and how to get the refunds put in. The installers did a fantastic job and there was one small problem where they missed a step but they fixed it right away. I will absolutely be using him again in the future.

The job went very well. We did have a problem with the carpet in one room which turned out to be a manufacturers defect. Peeks worked directly with the manufacturer (Karastan) and they ordered and replaced all of the carpet in the room with no hassle. Peeks kept us informed all along the way.

Very good work. Helped us make decisions on what we wanted and didn't pressure us on the sell. The installers themselves were friendly, on time every day and worked hard to get things done as quickly as possible. The work was great and we're extremely happy. Only issue we had with them is that the tile removal created A LOT of dust and they didn't do a good job covering the furniture and window blinds or cleaning up after they were done.

They came out when they said they would and put the floor down. They were very professional. They moved all the furniture and they got in and got out in one day. We didn't have anything to complain about. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. We would absolutely use them again.

shoped 3 other stores including Peeks 1002 N Central Richardson Tx 75080 Our salesperson Ed Lipscomb took us by the hand was professional sat us down found out our needs, wants and type of carpet we were looking for he let us browse for a while came back made some suggestions gave us some quotes and samples, plus the features and benefit of various carpets that fit our needs,arranged to come by for measurement. Called back gave us a price on Stainmaster promo that the competion had it was under the competion (and his measurement quote was under competition by 25 sq yards) Place order took 2 weeks to come in as Ed told me set apt to install they came on time took two days I compliment the 2 Installers Jose and Octavius very professional treated our home as if it was theirs and did a fantastic job. Way to go Peeks you gave us a very happy, stress free ,money saving transaction Thank you

excellent! ordered carpet, took about 10 minutes. they called to confirm it was in stock and scheduled my installation for the follwoing week. installation crew called day before they were scheduled to confirm, arrived exactly on time (even a few minutes early). installation went quickly and was done very professionally.

They were good at explaining to me the cost of carpet and what comes with it. They let me take home samples. They let me come back and tell them what I wanted. They were not pushy and I appreciated that.

They listen to what your needs and concerns are and direct you to the flooring that best suits your needs. They also work to meet your schedule so you don't have to meet theirs. Anytime I had a question, I gave them a call and they were right there on the spot to give me an answer. I would hire them again in the future.

THE COMPANY SALES REP WAS AVAILABLE VERY QUICKLY AND ON TIME. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ON CARPET QUALITY, OPTIONS AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE OR CHEAPER THAN COMPETITORS. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE CARPET AND INSTALLERS OUT. THE TWO INSTALLERS WERE CAREFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB FINISHING OUT THE CARPET EDGES AND ELIMINATING SEAMS.
