Ortiz Signature Concrete

HORRIBLE; They poured the mixing, but it wasn't concrete and when it dried the wind blew dust everywhere. Not only that, but the driveway is cracked in pieces or rocks everywhere and now the HOA is demanding I repair it again. I want to file a law suit against this guy. The address he is using on this website is a storage building he is renting for his equipment. No real location to contact him at. I am a senior citizen with very little money to lose in this matter and I'm sure there are others in my situation. This guy, Diego Ortiz is a CROOK and I wish I could take him to court. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! HE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON THIS SITE. Wasn't able to attach the pictures. Download would accept my file type.

I paid Diego Ortiz $10,000 deposit to build a retaining wall on my property and he cashed the check. After he cashed my check, NOTHING, NO SHOW. Diego Ortiz is a CROOK!

He worked three days in a three month period. He took out the existing concrete and left us with a wading pool filled with sludge. That started the beginning of unfulfilled promises and numerous calls.  Over a period of months, called, texted and did everything we could to contact him up to contacting the police.    In each interaction, he would say something about the next day and he wouldn't show up.   Over the three day period that he did work, he did significant damages to our property with a bobcat that included damaged concrete, landscaping and solar lights.   We finally had to get someone else to do the work since we couldn't access a significant portion of our yard. We've since filed a suit against him, to which he did not show up, and we got a judgement against him.
