Thought that all was fine until I had oil dripping on my driveway - took it back to them and they had not put the drain nut back on evenly - fixed it and said that they replenished the oil and cleaned the underside of the car. Then I took a trip to Ft Worth - on the way home I got a tire problem alert - long story short - they had filled the tires up to 50 lbs when the max was to have been 34 lbs. I will not go back to this place

They are very good. They are honest and completely competent. I was very impressed. The price is very good.

They always see me the same day or the next day I need them. A lot of my stuff is not critical and I just tell them to let me know when it's done, but when I need them, they are right there for me. The prices are good. They are very knowledgeable about their cars and very confident in repairing them. I haven't had any trouble with any repairs that they do. I've used them for probably 15 years now.

The work went well. They are honest. They found the lowest prices for parts.

We have been going for about 7-8 years. They have always been fabulous. They get to know their customers by name. They will take you where you need to go or pick you up if you dropped your car off there. Wonderful personalized service. They also have good employees there.

The service is terrible. First Todd told me the work would take two weeks. They had the car over 6 months, continually promising it would be ready "next Friday." Second, the work was sloppy like that you would see from a back yard mechanic, with little attention to detail in the routing or appearance. Lastly, several things that worked before Todd got the car didn't after I got it back. I paid the ransom to get my car back and will now have to have much of the work redone to the quality expected of a classic car. Run from this shop. Not to be trusted.

We had received estimates of up to $4,000 for this work and Todd did it for less than $1,000. He has worked on numerous cars for us and our friends (Jaguar, BMW, Honda, Buick, Chevrolet, Mercedes). He is courteous, fast, honest, friendly, professional, and he knows his cars! His prices are VERY fair!! Everyone has probably had a bad experience with an auto mechanic, but you won't have one with Todd or Northrich Automotive.
