Very professional guy came out and checked the garage and areas around house for entry points. Also checked attic. Put bait traps in garage. No notable rat sign since.

I heard noises again toward the end of the week, called, and Rex returned. He checked my attic and ALL of the bait had been eaten, so he put out more. That was last Friday. I heard a few noises that evening and nothing by silence since that time. I am VERY pleased with the service and would recommend both Rex and Noble to anyone.

Service was excellent. Tech kept us apprised of his progress and explained what he was going to do and answered any questions we had. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I highly recommend him to others.

Wanted reschedule change after appointment. No response and person showed up for treatment. We did not treat inside due to wood floor instration. We need one more time for inside treatment. Cheap is cheap, if they would change schedule it would be different. No contact or survey after service done.

Not great at all. I expected someone to come out and try to WOW us and earn an contract for a year or two. I expected our eves cleaned with a brush and sprayed. What we GOT was a fellow with a can and a spray attachment, who did EXACTLY what I have done in the past with a plastic spray gallon from Home Depot. I called Noble Resources to ask for clarification, and they said this was the exact service ordered, and if I had wanted a more comprehensive service, I would have to pay for that. My complaint here is that, I guess, the add is misleading in that it does NOT explain HOW the house will be treated. My expectations were one thing, and their delivery of the service was another. I don't think this is as professional as it could or should have been. If Noble had done a good job and asked for a contract, we would probably have given it to them, even at twice the per-visit price. But not now, not ever.

So far we have seen fewer cockroaches. They mentioned we will see some dead cockroaches for few days. The representative was very professional and provided all the details that I asked.

Calvin arrived 4 mins past both appt time, completed all wish in the 410 min. promptness was great and important in my tight schedule.

GREAT!!!! I have been using Noble Resources for 17yrs and I have NEVER had an issue with their service!
Noble Resources is such an honest and fair company that warranties their work. I have had them come out to my property twice a year for 17yrs and they are always on time polite and courteous. They are very thorough. In 17 yrs I only had to have them come back twice. Once for ants in the lawn and once for bugs in one bathroom. They promptly came out both times to take care of the issue and didn't charge me. Both issues were resolved quickly.
I feel so lucky to have found such a honest company that takes care of me and my family so well. I recommend them to all of my friends and family and they have all been more than pleased with their work and now use them on a regular basis!!
