The water in the sink was on an outside wall and trickling out and I thought it froze. I called and John answered and we spoke for a minute, it went well. I did tell him I was concerned. He didn't pressure me he simply said no problem I can have someone there quickly if you need. I wound up calling John back and he had someone here quickly, his name was Paul. He came in looked at the area noticed the water pressure in other areas of the bath were fine only the one on the outside wall. We went outside looked at my concerns and he put those to rest showing me why I don't have to worry. I never felt pressured at all. We went inside and it hit him to check the screens inside the faucet and there was the culprit clogged up. Done! He could have torn the wall apart and cost me thousands. Now please realize no one is perfect and at some point they may make a mistake and it will be the way handle it that sets them apart like today. Best 75 bucks I spent all year.
