Molly Maid of Plano Rockwall and Rowlett

The cleaner cleaned a small apartment. Since I haven't moved out completely, they only cleaned one bathroom, one bedroom and one living room and picked out trash (not the kitchen, appliances, closets). They spend about 1 hour 20 mins and put the trash in the dumpster close by. Next day I got a call from the front office that they would charge for 1.35 minutes (including 15 minutes to put the trash to the dumpster) and they would charge me $130. That seemed a lot for a basic clean they did for a small apartment and also the person on the phone was very rude. I would not recommend them or use their services next time.

They were very responsive when I emailed and they called me right away.  They try to get me scheduled whenever I need to be scheduled.  Their cleaning is pretty good but not perfect.

The team that comes may change, but I have gotten to know most of them. They are always fast, professional and very good. They are very careful with my breakables.  They have a routine and when they leave, the house looks and smells great. They focus on what needs the most work. After a party or guests, my kitchen and wood floors need extra attention and I've never been disappointed. I do not feel the need to supervise...just the opposite!  I stay out of their way!
The owner, Sandy Paige, is flexible about scheduling extra tasks for a very reasonable additional price whenever I need extra help. On one occassion, she dropped by to review the work in progres. 
I have recommended Molly Maid to others.  

I would not use Molly Maids again nor recommend them to anyone because of their lack of professionalism

They are very easy to work with and friendly. I spend $109 every two weeks. When I am having a party or a dinner party or having something special, I can call and get them out quicker. When I am there, and when they are leaving, they want me to look over things and make sure everything is done to my specification and it is very economical and they do a good job. I have about 2000 sq. ft. house and for $109 they clean two and a half baths, four bedrooms, two living areas and kitchen and dining. I have two of them come out to do the job. It takes usually two and a half hours to three hours for them to do the work. I would continue to use them in the future.

I highly recommend them. They are punctual, thorough, and excellent cleaners. We have not had any complaints. The time we signed on I knew it was fair. The staff is clean, they communicate well, they follow through on instructions. I've had lots of maid experience and this is the first time I am truly pleased.

Persistently uneven results. Sometimes good, but usually they missed something each time. Different cleaning crew every time, usually one experienced maid and one trainee. Never same people twice. This was annoying, because I always had to start over again with a new person each cleaning. Almost always missed something relatively major, like forgetting to clean the kitchen sink, forgetting to clean the dust and cobwebs on the light fixtures, forgetting to vacuum under the cushions in the couches in the living room, missing large areas of dust on the chair rail moldings. I wasn't always home when they finished, so I couldn't always check their work. Really shouldn't have to check their work like that - I would expect them to do what they said they would with reasonable care. How do you "forget" to clean the kitchen sink and countertops? Never offered a refund or partial credit. Always promised to do a better job the next time, but then they'd mess up on something else. Too much work on my part to supervise their crews, too many times I had to call to complain. Think they've lost sight of what a "customer" is and who works for whom here.

They Charged me $460 for cleaning two rooms out of nine. I walked into a room and found one of them fake dusting. I told them I had a three thousand sq ft home and that there was no clutter they had to pick up I mostly needed floors done. I was told they would be there between two and three hours. I assumed they would be alright because they were bonded and have been around a while. I was worried when they spent so much time in the master bedroom and I found them polishing perfume bottles. I can do that, I just needed things scrubbed. I told them what exactly what I needed done in the beginning. I did not know that they did not speak english. They spent six hours doing things that I did not need them to do. When I called the first thing they said that they needed my credit card so I gave them my American Express card. When I called them again they said that they actually didn't take American Express. They also said that they would try to get the money from the credit card by taking it to the bank or some other place. So I ended up mailing a check. Four days later they called and said that they didn't get my check yet. They kept harassing me to get the check. I told them I would stop payment on the check and give them another one. They wanted it immediately but it takes a while to stop a check. I finally got a hold of the owner to talk about the situation and told him I can not pay as much money as they were asking. They only cleaned two rooms and didn't do most of the things that I asked them to do. I would give them an F on everything except there promptness. When I had talked to her when I mailed the check I complained about how long they spent there and how little they got done. The lady on the phone told me that I should have a kept a better eye on them. In the end they marked down the price to $210.
