 + -1 moreMike was responsive to an urgent situation. He helped to diagnose plumbing and structural problems and made sugestions for repairing the problems in a cost effective manner. He completed the project with very little unexpected expense.
Description of Work: Made repairs to damages done to 2nd floor apartment by plumbers. Installed additional floor joists and added support to existing joists. Diagnosed additional pluming problems and made repairs. Completed finish out and with trim and painting.
