Lee's Roofing and Remodeling

Description of Work: We hired Lee's Remodeling to renovate our 1970's-looking dining room. A 3-man crew arrived promptly on February 5 and finished two days later. They removed the wallpaper (3 layers!) and painted the four walls using paint that we had chosen. They also removed the carpet and laid down wood laminate flooring of our choice, including baseboards. What we liked about their work: * Worked diligently. * Answered questions satisfactorily. * Prepped area by laying paper on the floor and hanging plastic sheeting to protect the adjacent foyer and kitchen. * Painted the walls before removing the old carpet. * Took up the carpet and tack strip, then swept the concrete floor free of dust and debris. * Discussed with homeowner how the flooring is to be laid. * Swept the floor constantly and took off shoes when entering the room. * While painting the baseboards, any paint that got on the flooring was quickly removed. * Cleaned up throughly as needed. * Homeowner kept the left-over paint and materials. What we didn't like: * When they cleaned the paint bucket and brushes, the water and paint got tossed on the grass instead of in the street.
