It took him about 2 days to return my call. We played phone tag for a day or so. When we will finally connected, he told me he was working on a big job and did not have time to give me an estimate or work on my job in the timeframe I needed (within a week or two). I appreciated his honesty and would try to contact him again. Hopefully, timing would be better.

John is excellent

John did a very good job. Firstly he had to remove the cracked tiles and clean the area. He then inserted replacement tiles and matched our grout. It came out as good as new.

He's wonderful. He was very meticulous. He did an excellent job. He kept us appraised of other problems and stuff like that. He put us in contact with a plumber that needed to do some work before he could proceed with his. I have no complaints at all. He did a beautiful job.

We are going to have him work on our other two bathrooms later this month.

When we had our house leveled and they did a water test, they discovered a leak under our foundation, under the laundry room.
After the leak was repaired, there were 9 tiles that needed to be replaced. The area had to be ground down and leveled, some of the missing tile remained around the edges and that had to be removed. John came promptly and took care of all the tile work for us. He even managed to match the color of the old grout. We were very pleased with the work he did.

I called plumber, to repair leaking toilet, plumber would not reset toilet unless the floor was repaired properly, which required me to call Mr. Heindl. Mr. Heindl, came out, bid the job and stared as soon as he finished another job. Always cleaned up everything, Meticulous!

John rescued our bathroom from a horrible condition. John had to undo the previous contractors work before he could begin his work, but we are completely satisfied with final product. John's work is perfection. We are pretty particular, detail - oriented customers and we were amazed at the level of detail in John's work. The tile work is flawless; our bathroom has been completely transformed. He draped the adjacent bedroom with plastic and cleaned up as he worked. He did not track dust and dirt to any other parts of the house, and you would never know John was working in the house unless went into the bathroom. John is honest and trustworthy. He worked in our home while we were at work, and there was never a concern. We have two dogs and they love John.

We got bids on the projects, accepted the bids and John got started right away. He was careful to keep the work area clean and not allow the dust and debris to spread to other areas of the house. He worked quickly and finished on time. We are very pleased with the work he did and would not hesitate to hire him again.

He did a very good job. He payed attention to detail and was a perfectionist. He was honest, creative and punctual. He was as intersted in the end result as I was. It was a huge job and he did most of the work himself. I felt we were a team in completing the project and I would highly recommend him.

The overall experience was outstanding. John Heindl is a superb craftsman. Tile in one shower had been improperly installed years ago. He removed all the old tile and decayed backing. He installed new, solid backing and new tile. This was a fairly large job and the result looks great. In the other shower area he reset loose tiles, cleaned the area, and re-grouted most of it. Both showers look as good or better than they did when we moved into the house 13 years ago when it was new. John takes great pride in his work and it shows. One shower re-work was a major project and took a couple of days. The other one was more along the lines of a minor project with some cleaning involved. Both jobs were done extremely well. I would strongly recommend him for any tile job. He is very friendly and honest - a great craftsman and a man of integrity.

He's a very good craftsman and he's very reasonable. The guy who referred him to me said he was an artist.
