i spent twice what the jeans cost me but they fit incredibly well now.

I had to catch a flight to Miami for a party, and they fixed my suit pants within 4 hours of drop off.

One pair of jeans had to be repaired from a different tailor's mistake and they fixed it perfectly. The other pair was hemmed perfectly and they were more detailed with their measurements than any other tailor I have ever been to before. Very happy. Will return with any projects in the future. Thank you!

I bought a beautiful vintage black silk velvet dress from the 1930s and realized there was a hole in the velvet. Image Tailor did a wonderful job fixing the hole and they did it by hand due to the fragility of the material. You'd never know the hole was once there. I will definitely be using them again if I have any repairs or alterations needed.

Shortened jacket sleeves and pant legs on a man's suit. They did an exceptional job and at a reasonable price. Very good work and very friendly and responsive staff. I will definitely use them again for more suit alterations.

I'm not the type of person that has their clothing altered. However, it needed to be done. So, I turned to Angie's List to find a quality tailor in my area. I read the reviews from several tailors and settled on Image Tailor in Richardson.
I dropped off my pants on a Tuesday and they were ready for me to pick up the following Tuesday. I tired on the pants and they all fit great with the excpetion of a few minor issues with the crotch (which I was told to expect). Apparently, when pants are taken in the crotch gets longer and it's a guessing game on how much fabric should be removed. Without me even questioning the tailor suggested that I leave my pants with her for one more day and she would correct the issues. When I came back the following day the pants were a perfect fit. I don't think I've ever had pants that fit so well.
I will second all the other reviews regarding Image Tailor's attention to detail. They are extremely detail oriented and if something isn't quite right they want to fix it.
Great overall service and very friendly. I will absolutely use them again.
The only negative I will give them is on price. I felt that $40/pair was a bit steep, but like I said I didn't shop around and I don't do this much so maybe this rate is typical.

The time and craftsmanship that went into these two outfits was spectacular. Elena and her team reviewed the work with an attention to detail. These were two vintage pieces that meant a lot to me so precision was key. I could not be happier with the results. Well worth the cost. I will use Elena's shop exclusively in the future for all my alteration needs. Highly recommend.

I started by emailing her some images of what I wanted, and I brought in a dress I own that is similar in style. She took many measurements. She also gave me fabric options to choose from. The fabric is perfect, too - just what I wanted.
It took exactly 4 weeks from start to finish -- but I told her I was not in a hurry. I made 3 visits to her store: measurements + choose fabric, fitting, final pickup. I paid for the fabric only at the first visit. She did everything right on time, no delays.
She has a nice storefront with 2 comfortable, private fitting rooms.
On top of it, Elena was a joy to work with. She's stylish, funny, friendly. She's busy but took plenty of time to talk to me about what I wanted and to fit everything just right. Lots of attention to detail.

The experience was great. I walked in and waited only a few seconds to be greeted. I explained my disability and that I was needing my dress shirt sleeve shortened. I brought an altered shirt in thinking that they might prefer to simply match the sleeve length. She asked me, instead, to put the new shirt on so she could match everything. The cut, fit and finish of the final altered sleeve was outstanding.
