Henry Z has been in business a long time and has been used by my family for around 30 years. Henry quoted a price well below other contractors but still provided great workmanship. He installed an impact resistant roof and his crew was very patient when my wife and I decided to change shingles after seeing teh first type on our roof. (Consumer warning the manufacturer's samples may not look like the actual product so be sure to have a small section laid on your roof and then decide.) Henry pulled the required permit from the city and no payment was due until the entire job was completed. Henry completed the insurance paperwork in a timely manner so that I could get the discount. With my insurance discount the impact resistant roof should pay for itself in about 12 years.
