Once I saw the estimate I knew this company was a rip off. They listed a $60 city permit as costing $190. They had a mandatory $85 disposal fee for the old hot water heater that the city would have hauled away for free on bulk pick up day. A quick trip to the nearby Lowe's showed that all other parts that were itemized had at least an 8 time retail mark up.
