Godfrey Pest Control

He was excellent! Polite. Efficient. Found that they weren't carpenter ants, so a simple, relatively low cost treatment would be fine. Ants are gone now.

I've used Godfrey pest control for as long as they have been in business. They come every quarter and will return when I find issues (like little sweet ants right before guests arrived in July). If you check my reviews you'll see I will point out companies that are really bad as well as those that are good. Godfrey Pest Control is GREAT! When Matt comes out he remembers exactly the issues I was facing and can nip new ones in the bud. I have a very big house (3600 sq ft) and Matt goes into every room and goes outside and walks the whole perimeter, treating ants out side and spraying everywhere inside. Plus he visits the attic. I trust him totally in my house and we have used them so often we talk vacations, places to eat, ... Just an outstanding company - you will not be dissapointed.

I pay $40 every three months so it's cheap. He's honest and he's great. I had my house inspected before we bought it and moved in. He comes in and finds ants and termites that had been the entire time that the inspector missed. He took me around the house and showed me where they were at and he treated my entire house and got it all ready for me for $200. I'll be using them from now on.

They are always super friendly and nice.  Every once in a while, I have had to call them due to ant problems and they are quick to respond and always have rectified the problem.  I have been doing business with them since the mid 90's when they treated my house for termites.They treat every room and closet in the house and completely around the foundation.

I've been using them for years. They do a good job. I don't have a pest control problem. When I do, they are very attentive and get the job done.

They are very thorough and they would come back to address any issues that come up between visits. They are very friendly.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. It is owned by two brothers Mr. Ryan and Mr. Matt. They come once in three months and they usually call me. So, I don't even pay attention to what time it is. They have been wonderful. I just moved to a house with a lot more land and they have been very accommodating trying to take care of the additional things like the four legged rodents. The quality of their work is awesome. I found out and liked that they use a chrysanthemum based spray that works very well. If you see anything or if you have any type of problem, you can call them back. They will come out anytime without any extra charge to come back out and re-spray if they need to. They have done extra treatments for ants when I told them about it. The chrysanthemum base is nice as it is not very smelly and it is safe for cats. I assume that it is safe for dogs as well but I only have cats. I had compared them with the other service provider who was more expensive at that time. The other service provider was also not as friendly, good or reliable as I was concerned. This was a recommendation from someone else. They are very responsive. They are the only two people and so, if you call them on their cell phone, they may not answer right away but they should be able to get back with you within one business day. They typically would call you back fairly quickly if they are not answering right away. I have had them call back the next day when I have called them late. One time, I called them late at 7:30 pm expecting to leave a message for the scheduling as I kept forgetting to do it. They answered the phone. I asked them as to what they were doing as it was 7:30 in the night and they said that they were doing their job. They have been very easy to work with. They come out when they say that they are going to come out. If they are early and if I am not here, they will wait for me. I always feel guilty if I am not here. They do their job and they do it well. They don't spend time in yakking. They do talk but it is not like they would rather talk than do their work. They have always been on time. One time they were late but that was because there was an accident and they called me to tell that they were going to be late by fifteen minutes.

Matt Godfrey is the type of service provider people hope for. Very organized, professional, punctual, curtious of property and people. Originally sought him out for termite inspection (10 years ago), but have also used him for ants and bee removeal. Satisfied every time; continue to use him today. Highly recommended.

They do our quarterly spraying and in fact they are coming next week. They are very thorough and friendly. They are 2 brothers who run the company and they are the only employees. If you are on the quarterly spray schedule, they will always come back if you have any issues. They seem honest and I don't hide my jewellery whenever they are in the house. I would recommend them to anybody who wants or needs pest control.

THEY COME OUT QUARTERLY TO SPRAY FOR BUGS AND YEARLY TO CHECK FOR TERMITES. THERE IS A WARRANTY ON THEIR WORK. THEY CALL BEFORE THEY COME OUT AND COME OUT ANYTIME IF I SEE ANYTHING CREEPING AROUND. THEY DO NOT WORK ON MONDAYS BUT THEY DO WORK ON SATURDAYS.
