My pro provided same day service. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He fixed the problem and I agreed to additional services based on his recommendations. Mario did a great job. Was able to come out same day! Kept us updated throughout the repair. We recommend Mario and will call him for future fireplace repairs if needed. He will be out in a week or so to replace our garage door opener.

Upon arrival, Mario opened the fireplace, removed components and immediately found a leak that caused the odor coming from pipe feeding the gas logs. (We had not been able to use the fireplace for awhile, thinking that it was bad drafting chimney). After fixing the leak, he reassembled the unit with new lava rock and embers and cleaned up. The unit looks and works as it did when new. We would call him again for any fireplace problems.
