Install team showed up as scheduled. They worked almost all day and set up the equipment efficiently and demonstrated the system before leaving to my satisfaction. Good service and installation.

The guys that did the work worked very hard and were professional. They did everything in a neat and efficient manner. I have already recommended them to a coworker who wanted camera's at his house. I believe that install also went very well.

Very good response. Rates were competitive. De., was very punctual on the day scheduled for work. Unfortunately, he'd been not feeling well that particular day and ended up going to the hospital after all. Wished it was not on my work day though, but nevertheless, a trooper. In the end, the quality of the job is all that matters.

I called on Friday, they were here Saturday morning, Great price for full surveillance system. The installlation guys were great and made sure we were completely satified before they left.

Flat fee for each camera. They worked hard to make sure the cameras were in the spots I wanted them. The installer was professional and worked hard.

The man who installed our cameras is worth his weight in gold! But his bosses are totally rude! Hey, when you talk to your employees on the phone, dont talk down to them while they are on a job because we (customers) can hear you. I ended up figuring out how to work the DVR on my own. Find a company that actually appreciates what the employees are trying to do! My other two cameras will be installed by another company sadly. I cant support a place that treats employees horribly.

After working at my house three separate times, weeks later, cameras still aren't functional. Looks terrible - not "hidden", as promised. After making appointments, they did not show up on time, and sometimes not all . Overall unprofessional.

Due to the customer�s schedule, specific appointment times were requested. Unfortunatly when techs are held up are at prior job location we sometimes run a little behind. We have since refunded the customer�s order, and wish her all the best in the future!"

"Unavoidable circumstance as the project was moved out due to schedule conflicts. The assigned crew was held over on another jobsite which pushed this schedule out. Installation completed, customer paid on 4/18 and project was closed successfully."
