These guys installed my father-in-laws AC/Heating unit like 7-8 years ago.  My father-in-law can really no longer communicate with them so it has fallen to me.  My wife noticed that the unit was running constantly even when the heat had stopped.  Upon further investigation we found out the outside unit was not coming on.  I called the office and Kirk the owner answered.  I told him who I was and he knew immediately who I was talking about.  After a couple of questions he tells me that they will be out this morning.  Sure enough 10 'O clock here comes Ryan.  A gentleman who has come out before (more on that later) to service the unit.  We talked for a minute, checked some common issues and then went to work.  Turns out one of the capacitors (fan motor) had went bad.  He replaced it and was done within the hour.  
The reason I'll use and recommend these guys to anyone follows.
1.  Respect.  They respect my father-in-law a retired military officer.
2.  Quality.  They have always shown up and taken care of problems.  
3.  Price.  Very reasonable on pricing.
4.  Friendly.  Ryan is a very friendly guy.  The few times I've met him he always has a smile and is professional and takes care of business.
I have actually seen them come to my in-laws house a few times over the last few years.  I think they charged him maybe once or twice.  And those were very reasonable rates.   They know their customers situation and react accordingly.  I know it sounds like a paid testimonial and perhaps it is.  If.  By paid you mean being associated with kind honest professionals who care about their customers and show it in their work.  Then yeah I got paid.

We have used them regularly for about 7-8 years. They are very responsive and have even come out for us on a Sunday night when the AC went out. It is very easy to schedule them out for service calls. The staff is always happy to explain everything to you very well and inform you on what services may need done in the future. The technicians are also extremely friendly and helpful.

They are always honest with you. They've been keeping my systems running efficiently a very long time. They take the time to explain any work that you might need, which is usually minimal if any.

I have used Dean A/C before, and will continue to use them in the future. They are always honest and and to the point on what needs to be done. I first used them in 2006 to adjust our upstairs unit and the lack of air flow to certain rooms. They presented 3 bids and we chose the middle one due to cost constraints on our end. Their work was excellent and accomplished everything we wanted and then some.
Kirk has also come by personally to help me with some home warranty issues at no cost (over the years, he has done this at least 3 times!!) When our home warranty a/c service was prepared to charge us well over 1,000 dollars to fix our issue. Kirk came by and gave his professional diagnosis, and saved us a good amount of money.
This year our downstairs A/C unit was not working properly. He came by and stated that a new A/C unit would better serve us. He found a company that still sells R22 units and replaced our old unit with a new one. Other companies stated that both the evap coil and outside unit would have to be brought up to code to the new refrigerant standard. This would have cost us over 10,000. He assured me that R22 would be around till 2036. He only sold us what we needed! Dean A/C honesty is excellent. Our house feels great these days, and my 7.5 month pregnant wife is happy and cool. My experience is good. I can call him anytime. He’s reasonably priced and prompt. He does good work.

Had a bit of difficulty getting company on the phone due to emergency. Once I had communicated with them, they came as promised. And when the tecnician replaced the wire he fixed it so I could not dig right through it while gardening.

The a/c is coming on now and the job took little time for them to fix. I thought the price was very affordable for an a/c repair. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment.
