Small Builder General Contractor 32 years experience. Built homes since 1978, commercial finish outs since 1983, build to suit Doctor's offices from ground up; Dentist's offices from ground up or commercial finish out. Residential developer on small to large developments. Homes range from starter to million dollar homes. Residential/commercial re modeler from $10,000.00 up. No employees except myself. Have subcontractors who have worked with me for 10 to 20 to 30 years. Work with clients from organizational meeting, through working with architects (my architects or clients architects), to bidding jobs, to contracting with clients. Work with clients with financial institutions (my financial contacts, or the clients contacts) from inception to job completion.Enjoy working with clients from start to completion of project, weather new homes, remodeling residential, or commercial, or new commercial construction from $1 million down to $10,000. Have references upon request.
