We are a TXU Energy Authorized Dealer and a member of the Ruud Reliable Program. All technicians are certified through the Environmental Protection Agency.

Arrival at 8:20 am for an 8:30 appointment - I heard them arrive but not knock. They were already prepping the inside unit before they were going to knock on my door. Everyone knew their role to play - no one was ever standing around. They laid drop cloth everywhere they worked. The work was quiet. Very little chit chat, no radios, no smoking. At one point they got very quiet - one of them went for pizza and brought it back for their lunch. They offered me to join them. Each time I looked, something else was evidencing their progress. At 2 PM the house was empty of the crew, vacuumed, no trace of installers anywhere except the guy who was waiting to show me how to operate the thermostat from my cell phone.
Every time we have used Dand D it has been a good experience . I would recommend them highly .
"On 3-18-11 we installed a 14.4 Seer coil and condenser for [removed member name] @ $4,200.00. The manufactures limited warranty is 5 years from the manufacture (Rheem/Ruud) . We also give a 1 year all parts and labor warranty that we, D&D Service will stand behind. On 5-18-13 we received a call that his unit was out of refrigerant. Thats the only other call we have received since the install over two years ago. I immediately dispatched a technician. He found that the coil is leaking and that it needed to be replaced. Our labor warranty has ended. It ended over a year ago on 3-18-12. He got very upset. The problem is not with the work we did. We did an outstanding job and at a good price. The amount we stated we would charge to replace the coil is a discounted amount. Thats all we can do. He can call any other person he wants to call. The defect is not D&D Service's fault. We have been in business for over 43 years and stand behind everything we do. We have an excellant reputation. We recommend the RUUD brand because Consumer Reports rated it so high and we truly believe it to be one of the best brands made. Although there is absolutly no brand made that is 100% trouble free. [removed member name] threatened to make these complaints because I would not do the work free for him. He blamed us, D&D Service, because we recommended the RUUD brand."
