He helped to do some minor carpentry work with some rotten wood on the exterior as well. He helped me choose the colors too.

My (2870 sq ft) split- level house needed some carpentry (repair) work and a complete exterior paint job. Mike D'Aurelio was very accurate with his estimate of cost and work schedule. The carpentry and prep took ~4 days; the painting took 2 days. He separated carpentry work by cost of materials + hourly rate. Painting was priced by the job and cost of materials. He and his workmen were on time and respectful. They were attentive to not damage anything surrounding the exterior, such as moving our bar-b-q and smoker away from (and back near) the house. We were also informed to move the cars so as not to get paint on them. Mike also warned my neighbors on both sides when he started to (spray) paint.I felt very comfortable having Mike around; I felt that he was completely trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him for further projects.
