"We apologize for the charge being run before the return trip to balance the pool chemistry, which was done by a different department. The paperwork was submitted for billing after the chlorine wash, filter clean and tile work had been completed and the office was not aware that the final trip to balance the water had not been made. The charge was only made for the work that had been approved and actually came in lower than the estimated job total. We have spoken to the techs about submitting tickets before all departments have completed the work. As for the pool light, the Repair Manager spoke with you regarding scheduling and had set a day with you for a tech to come out and take care of the light."
"Custom Pool Care has successfully performed pool plaster start-up/aftercare for over 20 years and we also have pool builders that hire us for their new, or remodeled, pool plaster start-up/aftercare. Ms. [member's name removed] made it very clear that there would be warranty issues if we did not do the start-up/aftercare exactly as her plaster company wanted it done. The process they recommend using is not the process we use, or agree with, and because of this we had to decline [member's name removed] request that we perform the plaster start-up/aftercare. We feel that all phone conversations with [member's name removed] were pleasant and at no time did anyone with Custom Pool Care hang up on [member's name removed]."
A good pool company is hard to find. Actually, finding a pool company that will return phone calls and comes out when they say will is almost impossible. This company returned my phone calls promptly, showed up on-time as promised, and did a great job fixing the pool equipment.
Our pool equipment stopped working right before a big freeze. The company came out to identify the issue and said they would could not fix the equipment until everything was unfrozen. They estimated it would take about 1 week and put us on the schedule for a week later. I was pleasantly surprised when 1 week later I was called first thing in the morning to coordinate an arrival time. The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He checked the equipment to see if anything was broken as a result of our equipment not running while temperatures were below freezing.
Cannot believe I've been in the house 10 years and I just now found a pool company that I will call out a second time! Thank you Custom pool care!
DE Powder was filtering back into the pool. Custom Pool Care checked the filter for problems. We have used Custom Pool Care for pool maintenance since we moved into the house in 2000. They have always been quick to respond, and if there was more than one solution to the problem, have always explained all the options. I've been happy with their service and their responsiveness.
