It went very well. I was taken care of in a timely fashion. I was in no hurry to get the pendant back, but it was ready in about a week. Custom Jewelers takes care of your items as though they were their own. They are honest and personable and the prices are very reasonable.

These ladies have an outstanding gift for jewelry design! They have created several beautiful pieces for me.

Julie and Cindy were both very knowledgeable and talented in their field. We were able to find and create the perfect setting for my pear diamond to match my anniversary band. It was a pleasure and well worth the hour drive. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!

I had used this shop once before and was happy with their work.  Took ring in to be resized and earrings needing a new loop.  They called when my ring was ready and told me the loops for earrings were still on order, so I could get my ring back in the time promised.  Earring part order delay was expected.  When I picked up the ring I had them look at my wedding ring set and it needed some tips so they took that and called me when everything was ready.


They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  I highly recommend Custom Jewelers of Richardson for jewelry repair, especially for high quality jewelry.

It took my ring into the store. Julie the owner and her staff were very friendly. Knowledgeable me a quick quote on having a small diamond replaced in the setting. It had another ring & was considering gelding a new setting for and Julie spent a lot of time showing me catalogs and gave me websites to lode for to find a setting. They also do custom work.

The service was completed in a few days, great work.
I also took my husbands ring to them after he bent it applying pressure with a tool. They fixed it and did not charge me anything.

Julie and Cynthia were utterly wonderful on every level.
They communicated well prior to the first meeting at their store and from that moment on it was like working with friends. 
My mum and I were utterly thrilled with the work they did for us. The pride they took in creating and repairing our jewelry was evident throughout our entire experience, and the customer service was exemplary. 
I love my beautiful new engagement ring. Julie and Cynthia listened to my heart?s desire and created something beautiful and wearable. Daily I find myself gazing at it and love it very much and have actually not taken it off, which is a true testament.
Every part of our experience working with Julie and Cynthia was enjoyable, smooth and an absolute pleasure. After our job was finished we both received a Christmas card and then in the New Year and "thank you" card, which was such a lovely touch.

I don?t normally write reviews, but can?t help it not to write one for Custom Jewelers. 
It?s not surprising that this business is still going strong after over 30 years, because of the quality of work and customer service.
I gave them a call based on the great reviews and asked for a quote for two Tag Heuer for a battery replacement and one for removing links from a new Gucci watch which I just gave my wife recently as a birthday present.  The quote given is exactly what I paid for, which is reasonable enough for the work done, compare in general when you go to other jeweler who overcharges for just doing a very simple task.
Julie and Cynthia are simply AWESOME!!!  Very professional, courteous and nice people to deal with that you can easily trust
once you walk into their place.
I just wish someday they?ll consider doing the pressure test (did not perform) on site for a diver?s watch, so they don?t have to send it out to a third party to do the work which it takes about two weeks before I can get my watch back.  Regardless, I will definitely tell
my family and friends about my great experience.
Highly recommended and will definitely return, "WITHOUT MY WIFE", cause she might see something there that she likes :-)

WOW - WOW - WOW!!!! I picked up my jewelry pieces today and I am so impressed with the workmanship and customer service. The price I was charged had the 15% Angies List discount as part of the total. For the quality work provided I was very impressed. One more thing: They are very honest so you don't have to worry about anything regarding your stones, etc.

I went in to have a missing prong on my wife's emerald wedding ring replaced. There was more damage that I couldn't see. She showed me the damage with the magnifying glass and explained the problem and how to best fix. I ended up replacing the crown. The ring was over 30 years old and now it is fixed and my wife is very happy. I am very happy with the thoroughness that was done and the ring looked great when I picked it up. I would and have recommended them to other people that I know.

Went great! She was very professional and courteous! Ring looks terrific! This place is the real deal-- Julie is a real jeweler, not just a quickie hired department store type salesperson. Totally recommend her!!

The setting of my wife's engagement ring was worn and had been bent. I took it in and Julie examined it. She showed me what had happened and gave a couple of options for repair, along with the cost estimate for each option. I had them replace the 'head' which holds the diamond, Julie said that it would make the ring like new. She said they would have to order the head and it would take about 2 weeks.
Picked up the ring today (less than 2 weeks after dropping it off) and it really does look like new. The ring was polished and the brushed finish that had worn off was re-done. My wife is extremely happy with the result! They even polished my wedding band to make it look like new again. 
All in all it was a really good experience, Julie and Cindy are really easy to talk to and helped me decide how the repair should be done to restore ring. Will definitely go back!

I received excellent service from the first day of walking into the business. Julie, was amazing and quickly knew exactly what I was asking for. She was attentive, caring and asked all the right questions to narrow down my choices. I am so pleased with my ring and earrings. A family business that has been in the area for years. She and Cynthia and Mom too are Gem's. No pun intended. I have not only found a great place to take and shop for jewelry, I have made a friend.
