Creative Dwellings

I spoke to the owner of the company which had been referred to me by a friend. She came to look at the job the following day and made recommendations. She asked what price point I wanted to spend and took all my information and measurements and said would send a bid over. I received the bid after 4 days with suggestions of appliances and designs and some stores that had some items on sale. After reviewing together she said there was a bit of an overage for unforseen items and that through the process I would be informed if I was over or under in my selections. All work was performed by appointment, there was always someone present to supervise the workers. Appliances at the end were delivered late but I was informed upfront. All the remodeling was done in 9 days, which was my requirement. The fee for Creative Dwellings was paid in two parts, the first together with payment of the first work completed, the final part upon completion. The job was completed well and everything was clean at the end. I had some scuffs after I moved my things back to the kitchen and the builder came back for retouching at no charge. I was very happy with the work. Everything was completed and I only went $165 dollars over budget. That was after there were some additions and changes.
