I have worked with several general contractors over the years for various remodeling projects,and George Simons/Construction Services & Claims is by far the best experience I have ever had. His pricing and estimating is done professinally and is more than fair for the requested work; he is flexible as to the scope of work; he went above and beyond to stay on schedule even with the unexpected glitches that always come up with remodeling projects. He only uses regular subcontractors who obviously have a good working relationship with him,and they all did high quality work. In addition, he is actively involved in the local Chamber of Commerce and other community activities, and relies on word of mouth referrals, which works, because he does a great job.
