It went great. John was contacted yesterday afternoon. He got to the house at exactly the time promised and immediately got to work. He was finished in a little over an hour.

I discovered that our old dishwasher had a solid 3/8 copper pipe instead of a braided hose, so I searched Angie's List for a nearby plumber that could come by today to replace the line. John was very responsive and helped me over the phone, but since this was out of my comfort level, he was able to make it to my house about an hour after initial call. He knew what he was doing and was very friendly and helpful. Took care of business in no time.

This was a really great experience. John came out for the estimate on Thursday, August 19th. He was able to replace the water heater on Monday, August 23rd. Truly professional person and work.
