CMC Appliance Repair

I've used CMC three times now (different appliances each time), and their service has been great every time. I'm a regular customer and not a home warranty customer.

Steer clear of CMC Appliance Repair! They ripped me off. My wife and I have a home warranty through American Home Shield, with whom I filed a claim for washer trouble. A CMC technician arrived the next day and diagnosed the issue as a worn clutch and that he would have to order parts. I wrote a "copay" check to CMC for $100. Later that day a American Home Shield called to inform us that the technician advised them that we must've caused the problem by overloading the washer (it was empty when he performed the diagnosis), and therefore they declined to cover the repair. CMC has not refunded my money, answered the phone during business hours, or returned any of my calls. This evening I finished installing a new washer myself, for which I paid in full, in addition to the $100 for which I received nothing.

Problem was diagnosed as a faulty door latch. They ordered one and replaced it. Oven works fine now.

It went great. CMC gave me a 1 hour window not the usual 4 hour window the big boys give you and Adam was right on time. The service call fee was applied to the cost of repairs. 
Adam is awesome... He took the time after finding the problem to check everything else to ensure there were no other issues. I had an obscure bad part, it wasn't listed on GE's part list for my fridge. Adam was very resourceful in chasing down the part after none of the parts suppliers could identify it. Who would have thought GE would use a Whirlpool washer part on a refrigerator?  
If you want an experienced appliance repair service company you will be hard pressed to find a better one than CMC.
