Alex Childress the general manager was very helpful in explaining the technicalities involved. He also went above and beyond with helpful suggestions and helped me get bids from contractors. Besides Alex, the engineers at Childress (Steve, Andrew, Herb) were also professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Childress Engineering again and would recommend them to anyone needing construction engineering services.

The engineer performed a very thorough inspection of our home and discussed all aspects of the report with us along the way. He spent about three hours at our home and we received the report at a later date. We did have to call their office to remind them to send us a copy and they did promptly.
