She was the seller's agent, but having to work with her as a buyer was frustrating enough! I had to wait 2 days for a response, especially during the contract period. She did not have a seller's disclosure on the house, despite the fact the house was on the market for 460 days (not kidding). That took several days. The week before closing, I made it clear that my bank can close 4 days early, and my Realtor left messages to her as well. No response from sellers or seller's agent, then she called back to say she was in the middle of moving offices. The day before closing Thursday, my Realtor and title company called her to schedule the sellers for closing, and she replied that she will let us know. No response from her for the rest of the day. Closing day on Friday we tried to reach her. She DID NOT ANSWER HER PHONE! Then I get a response on Sunday the sellers are closing on Monday. Then the sellers didn't leave them their keys or garage door opener! Why didn't the seller's agent advise them? I still don't have my keys and garage door opener from the sellers and it's been 7 days since closing! She hasn't responded to any emails, phone calls, voice messages or anything. I still can't access my garage until I'm already inside my house with the 1 key from the lock box! I'm frustrated with her! My agent said she's a discount Realtor and took 2% of the sales instead of 3%...probably why she acted like she didn't care!
