Showed up early, worked until job finished, including getting extra parts right away.  Have used them for more than 20 years.

Will definitely recommend Chambers Plumbing.
Do ask questions.  If a company can't give you a logical answer, don't use them.  Chambers answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  I have found some service guys treat me like I am stupid just because I am a woman.  I won't use those companies.

They usually provide prompt services except for the last time that they came. Their last visit was just terrible. The person who came out was unprofessional and didn't do the job right. I don't plan to use them again after this.

One toilet was not flushing and needed the "clog unstopped", which is what they noted on the bill.
Their man showed up with a rather small motorized cleanout snake that he put into the outside cleanout access point.  He ran the cleanout apparatus and then the toilet was flushing again. 
But it only lasted a day and they the same thing began occuring.  The Chambers representative noted a 2 week warranty on the bill, but at the time we didn't notice it and were very upset with the situation.  My daughter highly recommended her friend's plumbing company so we went them, and they brought out the heavy equipment and cleaned it out with a massive machine with a very thick cable and blade. That seemed to be what was needed to grind through the sewer line blockage.

Plumber couldn't get cover off of clean-out opening, ended up breading a hole in the lid, then ran his power clean out snake down the hole. He charged $180. Toilets backed up again in a couple days.  Called a different recommended plumber from Angie's list and the responding Certified Master Plumber fixed the cover on the clean-out access opening, ran a much more powerful clean-out snake with a thick cutter blade that "scrapped the sewer line" for 75 feel.  Then flushed the whole system by running all the toilets and fawcets in the house for a few minutes. This definitely solved the problem. The difference seemed to be training, experience and equipment.

I have been using them since 1987. They are my favorite plumbers and they do a good job. They have been helpful several times and we have been calling them frequently to do the backups. They have performed services several times and they have always done a good job. When the trees grow into the system, they deal with it without killing the tree and that sort of things. They have always been prompt and they have done a great job. They are fastidious and they don't mess up the house.

I called on Friday morning. Initially they said they would try to get there in the afternoon, but it might be Monday. An hour later they called back and said there had been a cancellation and they could be there in 20 minutes. Two men arrived promptly, did the work quickly, and explained what they had done.

They are very reliable and reasonable. Very prompt and professional.

Chambers Plumbing Incorporated did us a great service by checking out our shower and the pipes behind it. They could have told us anything and have run up a big bill, but they were honest enough to tell us that we didn't need a repair. My parents have used them for 20 years and they have always been thorough, professional, and truthful. They also are very prompt and punctual.
