Team did exactly as they said they would do. Communication was good as the owner and team leader regularly check with us on ongoing progress and any tactical decisions that had to made. Clean up was excellent and didnâ  t need to cleanup after them. Final walk around I found three minor things which the team happily addressed quickly and with no complaint. Overall estimate was substantially cheaper than next competitor (got 5 estimates in total) and was a little concerned about this but it ended up that I didnâ  t need to as the quality was very good.

In over 45 years of homeownership, this was the worst experience I have ever had, both in terms of quality and customer service. The franchise holder came, reviewed the exterior of the house, and provided a proposal. He said the project would take about 3 days, but it ended up taking 3 weeks. Why? They had to return close to a dozen times to redo their sloppy work in multiple areas, and caulk and/or paint areas that had not been touched. During the first 3 days, a painter they described as a supervisor left half a dozen major dents in a 20 to 25 foot section of gutter in the front of the house. They initially claimed they did not do it until I pointed out the gutter had been installed just a few months before. There was a person they identified as a **manager** who would keep an eye on the work, and come by every day while the work was going on. I saw no sign this person had been there until I advised the franchise holder of the gutter damage. While I was doing a walkaround with this person, the painter who damaged the gutter removed it, without my permission. Apparently, he thought he was going to replace it. I told them I wanted it replaced by a professional gutter company. I pointed out to the manager dozens of places that had not been touched by caulk or paint. Some of these could be measured in square feet. In most of the communications, I received from the franchise holder or the manager they usually ended up with the importance of their being paid. The franchise holder liked to say I wanted the work done without paying for it. I showed him the checks my wife had filled out for the work and signed the previous week, and told him they would need to finish the job before getting paid. They had to return close to a dozen times to complete the work which should have been completed in the first 3 days. It was a standing joke among some of the neighbors that one or more vehicles with a certain pro sign on the sided was parked in front of the house week after week. The only way I was able to get them to complete the majority of the work was to stand outside with the manager, point out the areas that still needed attention, and directed the painters to those areas. We stayed there until I told her I was satisfied with the redo of the area, and we had move on to the next one. In addition to the damage to the gutter, there were tears in the shingles on the sides of the house where there was no gutter and they slammed the ladder against it, over a dozen places in the grassy areas where they laid down buckets with wet paint and left paint on the grass, and a wet paintbrush was left in the groundcover and paint from it on a tree. The proposal said there would be adequate prep and tarping, but I saw no sign of those. What I did see was paint sprayed on the groundcover in several areas, and paint on the driveway. I have touched up dozens of spots in the lower areas since they left, but wanted to make sure they did the high ones. In all fairness, the man across the street said he used them for an inside job several years ago, and they did fine. Based on the work on my house, I would not recommend them at all.

They took pains to create a good finish on our kitchen cabinets. When we did not like the first color tried (our fault), they worked with us to find a new one, and the final project was beautiful.

They accomplished the task, kept the room clean, cleaned up well, were pleasant to work with and conscientious.

The painters did a good job on the painting of the exterior of our home. They were courteous and communicated well when needed regarding our project. The pricing was very fair - less than I expected for the amount of work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company and will hire them again.

The painters showed up on time and completed the job as stated. Cleaned up afterwards. Paint job was execellent.

They were professional and courteous. When they came to do the estimate they took photos so they would know exactly what I wanted to have done. The work crew was prompt on arrival and very efficient in their work. They didn't mess up the rest of the house. And they cleaned up carefully before they left.
