Breckinridge Park Animal Hospital

It went extremely well. Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable about the Blue Heeler breed and handled mama and pups with great care.  I did not feel rushed, and she took the time to answer all of my questions.  

The previous veterinarian hospital (this rescue org used) had done fecal test three times on the dam and once on a puppy. The results came back negative each time. When I did not get a good vibe from the previous facility, I asked the rescue org. if I could they could refer me  to their other veterinarian hospital which was Breckinridge.  They ran the tests and found mama dog and puppies were FULL of roundworms and hookworms.  I was not at all surprised as this dog was rescued from a heavily populated animal dumping ground. I  was relieved to learn this rescue org. had stopped using the previous vet.  I suspect they were taking money from the rescue and not performing the services.  My blood boils when I think of these shysters stealing money from a rescue organization. Shame on them.  I highly recommend Breckinridge Park Animal Hospital and will use them for my own pets.

The vets there were very nice, and understanding of my dog, who is not exactly friendly toward other dogs, and was a bit scared of the vet visit in general. They were very patient with him and me, and explained various heartworm medications to me and let me pick. Even though my dog was scared, and snapped at one of the nurses, they were very patient with him, and offered to allow me to come back for social visits so that he'll be less scared in the future.

We have been using them for years. There were no issues.

Excellent service. Received a reminder confirmation email 48 hours prior to the appointment. Staff very friendly. Hospital is extremely clean and new. Drove 15 minutes to get there by passing many other vets. Well worth it.
Paper work received has a reminder schedule for future vaccinations and a break out of costs. That is much appreciated.

We are very pleased and feel fortunate to have found them. (We found the clinic by searching for ones near our home, then checked Angie's List reviews.)

We have stayed with Breckinridge since they saved our puppy's life (during parvo). Even though we've moved nearly an hour away with a dog who isn't thrilled about cars, it's worth the drive to enough our now adolescent dog continues to get the best care. The staff is friendly and like family to us, and our dog continues to enjoy every visit regardless of being poked or prodded.

Our dog is mixed a breed adopted from a rescue shelter that lied about his vaccinations and just so bad at recording keeping that they mess that up. We pick Breckinridge Park Animal Hospital service because they have high ratings in Angie's list. They have very clean facility and everybody knows the dog. They were good. They're responsive. We have to keep in a price range when they run over it they basically discounted some of his meds to make it up.

I've been using them for almost 6 years and will continue to use them.

I saw their ad in the newspaper. I would rate them highly across the board. I will continue to go there in the future.

I have been a client of the Erickson's since they first opened the Breckenridge Park Animal Hospital. They have cared for all my dogs from the moment they we bring them home until the day they leave us.

I was out of town on vacation and my new puppy developed kennel cough. I called the vets office at 11am on a Saturday and the puppy was seen at 11:30am on a SATURDAY. I was out of town so my house sitter/pet sitter took the dog into the clinic. I was called and updated by the vet that morning while in Sedona. I was able to pay for my bill over the phone with a CC. The entire situation was handled as if I was there. They took such good care of my little girl and made me feel comfortable and still able to enjoy my vacation.

I can't say enough good things about the Erickson's and Dr. Miller (Dr. Erica is my primary vet but I have seen all three over the years). Additionally, the girls in the office as well as the vet techs are so helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is immaculate and never has that doggie smell you get at a lot of places. The whole thing makes for an excellent experience.

Have gone to BPAH for care for our three elderly cats since moving to Richardson in 2008. Staff is friendly and helpful; doctors are all very personable, genuinely concerned for the health of our pets and patient in explaining their advice and diagnoses. It's not cheap, but you pay for quality.

They were absolutely excellent. The price wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable. They're pretty versatile. They do pet adoption as well, which is something I really like about them. They're clean, professional, and prompt. They called and checked on my dog two or three times after the surgery. They answered whatever questions I needed. I felt comfortable leaving him in their care.

I have never had a bad experience at the vet and I can't say that for other clinics I have visited.

I JUST WALKED IN AND THEY TOOK MY DOG WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO WAIT. I ENJOYED THEIR SERVICES AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
