I PAID $80... THEY REFUNDED $6 I returned a gallon of the REGAL Glamorous Wash due to not the same quality of Tyler Candle HIGH MAINTENANCE. Boutique owner Mark Lee didn't refund the product but charged me a 100% restocking fee. He then told me he poured the entire contents down the drain. Bentley gifts didn't give me the opportunity to pay shipping to get my product back. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Im so confused how this is acceped. Bentley Gifts, robbed me of my refund and my product. Consumer beware. Mark Lee, the owner, took ZERO accountability for his negligence. He will do the same to you. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Excellent. Bentley framed five pieces for me. Each was done with expert precision and work. Work was completed on time as promised. I was happy with each piece!
