The design phase went pretty well (until it came to problems with the design during installation). Had to pay for the cabinets 100% before they would install them, which should have been our first clue. They assured us they would follow through and that they were warrantied. When the cabinets were delivered, one cabinet was damaged and another had to be reordered. The upgraded drawer glides we paid for (in advance) were not included and also had to be reordered so it took several weeks to get the replacement parts. The finish on the several of the cabinets was also unsatisfactory. The replacement cabinets were ordered and installed. Installation was average. After numerous visits by the local company (including Larry Duncan branch manager) they finally had to call a guy in from the home office to figure out why the drawer glides wouldn't work. And this is from a company whose business is cabinets. To make a long story short, over the summer of 2008 we had to take off work on numerous occasions to meet them and place repeated orders for parts. The last order was never delivered. Calls to Larry Duncan about the remaining problems were not returned. I called the president of Bailey Industries twice who handed me off to their regional manager. Two messages for the regional manager were never returned. We finally gave up. I just saw them listed on Angie's List which is why I am posting so much after the fact. The bottom line: We paid thousands of dollars for cabinets that have doors that fall off and drawers that still don't have the proper hardware over a year later. Due to the design, four of our cabinets doors won't open all the way. If you buy from them we would not pay 100% until everything is installed as promised.

Barbara Powell worked with me to determine the best cabinet combinations for the available space. She was very professional, patient and accurate. The cabinets came in on schedule and although one arrived with a flaw, it was promptly replaced. I was able to get solid wood cabinets with auto-close drawers for a better price than what was offered at Home Depot. You can definitely get more cabinet for your money.

We met with Eric and brought the diagram of our current kitchen with us. He worked up a model on the computer. The new configuration is much better then what we had. We picked out the cabinets that we liked from their beautiful showroom. He gave us a price that was $900 less than the cabinets we would have SETTLED ON at Lowes. 3-4 weeks later our new cabinets arrived at their warehouse on Central Expressway where our contractor picked them up and then installed them. We love them!
