They did not install fabric awnings for us. We used them to install plastic sheeting over an existing wooden arbor. They did a good job and we were happy they came to help out.

I would highly recommend AwnPro to my neighbors and friends. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was high since we already had an awning frame but the new awning fit perfectly. Our old awning lasted 10 years so we hope this one will last even longer.

I think he needs more knowledge in his awning installations, and he needs to be more careful. He did not install the product properly. This awning is not level, its tilted at about 4 degrees.

"This customer had bought an awning online from Sunsetter and contacted us to install it. No problem! At completion, we did a walk-thru and he signed off/paid his balance. A few days later he called in and said one of the sides was tilted slightly lower. It's common for a retractable awning to do this, especially when it has no wind sensor. I mentioned we wouldn't have a problem coming back out to set the pitch for him even though it wasn't purchased through us. He refused because we couldn't get out there right away and decided to work on it himself! A week later, he called back expecting us to come out and "replace" an arm for him at no cost"

My experience with Justin at Elevated services was excellent. His product knowledge was great. He has a great attitude and really delivers what he says. If something is questionable he doesn't lead you to believe otherwise. While informing us of all product choices, he didn't try to over sell us. We will definitely use him again.
