The worst experience ever! NEVER use this company! We used this same company in 2013 to move the exact same furniture and the exact same apt. Their moving quote was 3 hours and as this was in line with our previous experience, we booked their service. They took 7 hours to load contents of a 900 sq ft apt and upon arrival to the destination, refused to unload our furniture until $1000 was paid. If not paid, they would take our furniture. I called the owner who then threatened to have my daughter, who was alone with the movers, arrested for nonpayment and threatened to call his attorney. He did not seem to think 7 hours was excessive for 1/2 of a move of a 900 sq ft apt. She had to pay or he would steal her furniture. I am sure this company has intimidated many young women into paying for unethical, unprofessional service. After the furniture was unloaded, the movers kept hanging around asking if there was "anything else." My daughter knew they were waiting on a tip, after charging an additional $125. In order to get them to leave, she did tip. This post is to protect other consumers from being exposed to this company's business practices.
