This project went smoothly from start to finish and we love our new floor! Marcos met us at the store and helped us make sure we purchased the exact supplies needed. From there, he scheduled our appointment for installation. Leo and his team showed up at the exact time expected, were extremely professional and their quality of work is exceptional! Recommending AFI is easy! They're courteous, professional and a great value! They considered what we had in place and came up with a solution that looks absolutely beautiful, but very affordable. We had an engineered wood floor that looked bad and we'd had several "professionals" say that the best alternative was to rip it out and install something new (excessively expensive). Then we met Marcos at a flooring store where we just wanted to ask some questions. He was incredibly friendly and engaging. He answered our questions and then started asking a few of his own including . . . Why are you looking for something new? Have you considered refinishing your engineered wood flooring? We did not think that was possible, but he said "there are some engineered floors that we can do something with." The following Saturday, he met us at our house looked at what was there and provided a quote to sand, hand scrap (lightly), stain and finish the existing floors that was just a little more expensive than what it was going to cost to rip out the existing floors. We had enough in the budget to include redoing the stairs, baseboards and a little repair work. Now that it's done, we can't believe they're the same floors we had before. Totally sold on AFI!

I would recommend them to anybody. They were punctual, very reliable and did an excellent job. I have asked them for recommendations for marble tiles as well and the people they recommend have always been excellent.
