They were polite, on time, thorough, pleased me immensely and have taken care of the problems that caused my browser to stop, hang, refuse, redirect, vomit and stick out its DVD drive at me while mumbling curses.
I have since used them to fix another problem - blank gray rectangles where pdf photos should have appeared - without moving my person from my chair - they worked with me online.
I was amazed at their prices; had expected to pay hundreds of dollars. I feel protected now, knowing they have my back.
They also fixed another laptop I had with a bad keyboard. I know the keyboard was bad since I actually took it to them in pieces (thought I could the job myself). Anyways they ordered the keyboard and swapped the old with the new.
I really liked this place, just wish they were closer or had longer hours.
I dropped off the computer and asked for a Diagnostic Service.
Derik said that my FL Inverter Board was bad and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and it would be a couple of days before it arrived. The part was replaced and the laptop is working fine.
1. Tech did nit call before arrival
2. He did not set up the speakers because he did not have the correct cables. Instead of immediately telling me this so I might go buy some, he waited until the very end of the call. No offer was extended to come out again and make it right. I had to call.
3.Printer communication failed shortly after installation. I emailed them to no avail. Since then, I have called numerous times with promises of action and zero results. THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. The GM seems helpful but delivers NOTHING!!!
These folks are NOT CHEAP. They once seemed very good but something has changed.
