Great. Paul met with my wife to measure and price replacements for those covered by insurance. Pressed by my wife, Paul allowed that he had gone with "buffalo" color, 90% screens. We talked it over and went with 80% coverage to allow the same amount of light we were used to. Paul addressed my concerns about matching the arch of the front windows. I asked when he came back for final measurements if he would like to take the existing screens to use as templates but he said there was no reason to go without coverage for the week it would take because the would give us a closer fit. Paul called yesterday to ask if he could install on a Saturday and we said, "sure". True to his word, the new screens fit the frames even tighter than those they replaced. The price was great (that's why we replaced all, not just those covered by insurance). The new look is great. The color choice was good and it seems we can see better than ever, but maybe we just didn't notice the old screens aging. Texas Solar Screens did a great job and we would particularly encourage customers to ask for Paul. The new, matching solar screens put the finishing touch on an exterior paint job and we're pleased with the outcome.

Great service. House really is about 90 percent cooler!!

Prompt response to quote request.  Wasn't the least expensive of the quotes we received but we used them on our previous home so we knew from experience that their service was good and they did quality work.  Screens were installed within a couple weeks of selecting them for the job and they look great.

We called them a few weeks ago & they came out and gave us a quote for replacing old & missing solar screens on the front of our house. He also gave a quote for some in the back as well, but we were mostly interested in doing two of the front arched windows because the rooms heat up on really sunny & semi warm days even now in the winter. He left us a packet with information & sample colors & screen material along with the quote to decide on colors & stuff.
On 1/20 we called them back to place an order for the screens on the front two windows that we needed done the most.  We opted to upgrade them with grids on them to match the windows grids since they will be seen from the street. He had them ready in a week, but we didn't want them to be damaged during install since the wind was crazy that day so he kindly rescheduled & came out two days later on Wednesday when we could be home. While he was here, he even swapped one of our old screens that is up under the front porch & wasn't faded out with another one that was at no cost. It was greatly appreciated since we don't own a ladder to be able to do it ourselves. He told us to hang on to the quote & he would honor it later when we decide to do the windows in the back that need them too.
I wish I could add the before and after pics on here because they look great on the house!  We will be calling them again when we can budget to do the other ones.

I found Texas Solar Screens on Angie's List and called them out the young man was very polite and professional and he gave me an estimate for all of my windows and a few days later I put in an order to put in solar screens for all of my windows on the back of the house because that is where the sun is all day. I have a total of 6 windows on the back side of the house and I absolutely love how the back end of the house is no longer as hot during the hot days. I have already recommended them to several friends and colleagues interested in getting solar screens. I would definitely use them again.

Contractor came out and provided estimate, we agreed to have work down, it was performed on schedule without delays and without any problems. We were given a choice of screen products and are very happy with the one we chose with their helpful suggestions.

Excellent job - quality, workmanship, service, price.

Overall, it went well. A sales guy comes first; looks at the windows. Gives you an estimate of the cost. If you like the price, then he schedules you in with about a three day lag. then a second guy comes and measures the windows. And then two days later he puts them up for you. I liked the price. So they came and did the work as promised and for the price promised. One small window was cracked. They promised to back out here to fix it with a few days They also have a full coverage warranty. I liked that and the good price.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICING AND DID AN EXCELLENT OVERALL JOB. IT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
