Landscaping
She pulled out some hedges along my house. She used a spray to kill the roots. I found out from other people that this did not work the way she said. I found that she was not very knowledgeable. She was a bit arrogant. She did what she wanted to do. She kept trying to get me to do the job for $2000 even though from the beginning I told her one thousand. She eventually agreed to that. She also did not know what zone we were in. She was kind of insulting. The way she put the Crepe Merles in the ground was done incorrectly. She has only been in business since August 2005, even though she told me otherwise.

"FIRST AND FOREMOST, I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE MARCH 2000 AND EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL. WE ARE A 5 LADY CREW (AND EXPANDING) AND VERY REPUTABLE ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGH END NEIGHBORHOODS (IE: COLLEYVILLE, SOUTHLAKE, GRAPEVINE, ETC.) I DO, HOWEVER, UNDERSTAND EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE YOU WILL HAVE AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER FOR WHATEVER REASON. MY PROPOSALS REFLECT ONLY WHAT IS DISCUSSED IN THE BEGINNING, AND ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING AND/OR LABOR WILL BE EXTRA. IN THIS SITUATION, THIS CUSTOMER CONTINUED TO ADD MORE AREAS TO BE LANDSCAPED. I WAS NEVER ARROGANT AND SHE SEEMED VERY FRIENDLY AND HAPPY WITH THE WORK WE PERFORMED. IF SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST AT THE TIME THAT SHE WAS NOT HAPPY, WE COULD HAVE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM THEN."
