Josh McAlister and his team were professionals. They arrived every day at the time when they said. They were respectful of our property and always informed us when problems were found. We were definitely pleased with the work they did (tear down of old deck, replace and paint of rotten boards removed from house). They also removed all construction debris when they left. We highly recommend McAlister Construction and will be hiring them again for our home remodeling and repair.

Contractor arrival time was delayed 5 minutes by slow-down at lumberyard; they texted to keep us informed of adjusted ETA; we have an old pecan tree in the yard and they were extremely careful in avoiding any root systems; we recommend these folks without any hesitation - they are the real deal!
