Came out and spent several hours troubleshooting the problem. After identifying the problem it was quickly corrected.
Description of Work: Made repairs to my home alarm to stop an error code and false alarms. My alarm is not monitored by a local company, and I had a very difficult time finding somebody to come out and repair it. Todd was recommended to me by another company that would not come out to my area. I was very happy with the service. They were polite, on time, and most importantly worked diligently to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
