The doors had settled, and he tried to straighten them. When he changed the entrance hardware on the doors some of the screws didn't come out, and so now the doorknobs are still loose. He stopped when he was half way done. He changed the threshold and it fell apart.

Richard was very friendly and professional. He arrived less than 2 hours after my trouble call. He analyzed the problem quickly. He had me get up on the ladder while he explained exactly what the problem was and showed me what was needed to do the repair. We're quite satisfied with his work.

The guy fixed the problem at considerably less cost than I thought it was going to be. He seemed very honest and worked very diligently. He showed me what and where the problem was and explained the suggested course of action.

It was a very positive experience. He spent at least an hour working on the door, and it went from a garage door able to be heard in ten counties, to one barely able to be heard. He also communicated well and came when he said he was going to.
