While tearing out the floor and sub-floor in the bathroom where the leak began, he found that there was also flood damage under the shower pan that had been there for years and done extensive damage. Ultimately, it became a full bedroom and bathroom redo which turned out beautifully and should last for many years to come. We were pleased with all the suggestions he made as well as his tile man and plumber, and love the results!
Our shower was enlarged and updated from the 1960's enclosed dark and dun-gee look to a bright, modern travetine tile, which surpassed our expectations.
We were thinking we wanted something else, but after their suggestions, found that we fell in love with their ideas and suggestions.
