Bernard was the technician and was honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. He has over 30 years experience and is customer oriented. The supporting staff was also courteous and prompt in returning all calls. I was given a time frame for the appointment and was kept informed by the business of where we were within that time frame. In other words, my time was respected, also. Bernard quickly diagnosed all problems and dealt with them promptly. He did not try to oversell me. This also was done on a Saturday. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this business.
