Thet called as soon as I sent the request, they sent someone to evaluate the job and provide a cost estimate. Had to order the glass; but, it came in sooner than expected. They called, came out and installed the glass pane and the shower enclosure. Needed a part for the shower before it was completed. Sent a service person out the very next day to finish the job.
Therse guys were professional, courteous and, above all, extremely knowledgeable as to what had to be done and the explanations as to why. I would definitely use them again.

In 2010 I contracted with a company called Rebath of DFW to put in a new shower unit with frameless glass walls and door.  I didnt know until this year when the door needed to be adjusted that it was subcontracted to a company called Creekside Mirror and Glass.   When i called rebath for service they told me to call Creekside since they originally did the work and should warranty the work.  The lady quoted me a fee of $125.00 to adjust the door.  I assumed that once she was told that they spent all of 10 minutes (if that long) to adjust the door it would be adjusted down accordingly to the time/labor spent.  BOY WAS I WRONG.  They charged me $12/Minute to adjust a door that they originally put in for Rebath.  VERY EXPENSIVE COMPANY.  Gentlemen did arrive on time, work was done quickly and looked good when they were done my only complaint was it COST AN ARM AND A LEG to have one guy with an electric screwdriver adjust the door.  Never saw the other guy do much more than stand around and watch.  It was a two guy team, and they had to drive from their offices, so i am told that is what it cost. WOW.

Steve came by after the completion of the shower install and took the measurements needed to prepare the glass surround walls.  The installation crew came by a few days later and completed the install in about an hour, or so.  The installers were friendly and did a great job on installing the glass walls and door.  They were very neat and cleaned up quite well.  We were very pleased with the results and would use them for any future glass or mirror needs.

Creekside did a great job for us. Our double-paned window in the back entry door had been scratched to the point of no repair and we needed two window screens replaced because they were bent. From the first phone call to the finished work was a great experience. The receptionist was very nice and scheduled us for the initial estimate visit as soon as possible. The worker who made the estimate was thorough,professional and prompt. He had samples of glass with him to make sure we were getting the same shade that we had originally. He called later that day with the estimate. We were going to have to wait about a week for the replacement glass to come in before we could schedule the actual work day. The glass came in sooner than a week. The appointment was scheduled and they came and completed the job in no time. We couldn't be happier with the results. The glass is beautiful. The screens fit perfectly. We will definitely use them again for any glass or window repair we may need in the future.

We did a complete remodel of our master bath, Creekside installed the glass shower surround.  They came out to do the bid and within two weeks the glass was in.   They came on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time and finished the job very efficiently.  They did a fantastic job at a very competitive price.

Excellent. Prompt service. Two workmen came first and realized the shower door would have to be taken in the be repaired. The door had fallen out of the hinge side track. They called as promised giving me an update on the material needed for the repair. Another workman returned with the door when promised and installed it quickly and perfectly. All workers were professional and very competent.

Two reasons that I rated the quality a B.  First, it was not explained to me by anyone representing the company "exactly" what frameless shower enclosure would mean, only that it is the upgraded version, and should be used in the master.  I was quite surprised to find that this meant a rather large gap between the pieces of glass in that shower.  Have not moved in and used the shower yet, so I'm not sure how much water will end up on the floor, but I'm certain it will.  Would have went with semi-framless in both baths if I had known.  The other "b" factor was that they cut mirror for us (mirror that we already had), and cut it a wee bit smaller than the measurements.  Now I have to decide how to hide that gap.  Not a huge deal, but if cut exact, there would be zero gap.  All employoees we dealt with were kind, courteous and professional.  Would hire them again, but be more careful to get all the details.

This is probably one of the best service providers I have dealt with in a long time.   From my first contact with their office through installation I was extremely pleased with their customer service.  All employees that I had contact with were courteous and professional. 
Pre-sale experience
Upon contacting Creekside Mirror & Glass they set up an appointment to do a site visit so the scope of work could be reviewed and an estimate could be prepared.  The Creekside employee called ahead to make sure I was home and provided me with an approximate arrival time.   Once he arrived, he reviewed the location, thoroughly discussed the options for size and mounting, took measurements and discussed in detail what I could expect regarding the time it would take to prepare the estimate and get the work scheduled.  He was very friendly and answered all of my questions.  Though I had been told it would take two days to prepare the estimate, they actually had it back the next day.  The estimate was half of what a competitor had quoted.
Installation
The installer called on the day of installation and provided me with an approximate arrival time.  He called back about twenty minutes later to let me know they had hit traffic on Central and would be delayed about 15 minutes.  With many service providers you are fortunate to even get a pre-call, and I was impressed that they called back to inform me that they would be delayed by 15 minutes.  The installers arrived and confirmed the work to be done, asked if I had any questions, and went to work.   The crew was friendly and professional and did an excellent job.  Once the work was completed they reviewed their work with me and answered all questions.
Post installation
The next day the office called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed, and asked if I had any issues that needed to be cared for.   
Overall
I would highly recommend Creekside Mirror & Glass for any of your glass needs.  This company has figured out the recipe for outstanding customer service.   Every employee I dealt with had the same courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude.  They delivered on all commitments and did an outstanding job from start to finish.

Salesman came out to measure and provide estimate. We accepted the bid for the amount of glass we needed after comparing two other estimates. The installation team came out but we had to send them back because the glass shelves were not edge polished as ordered. The installers returned several days later with the correct finish and completed the install.
