It turns out that there was a clog in our drain in our freezer so it wasn't draining. It was causing it to overflow. They took a considerable amount of time cleaning it out and made the repair. We were very happy with their service. I would recommend them at all accounts.

It went very well. Robert quickly found the problem and went to work on a very badly
clogged water drain from the freezer, using several different methods to thaw and blow the drain out. The price was just the service call and worth every penny. It saved us from having to buy a new refrigerator. He is honest and knows what he is doing.
