They came right away and anytime I call they come the very next day. When I called them I asked them if I had any issues with any bugs or animals would you come out the next day and they said they would and so far they have. They are a local agency and they are cheaper than another company. I have been using them for about a year because I had yellow jackets in my garage. It is a family run business. They come once every three months. They spray the outside and they would ask if I want the inside. The last time they did the inside my daughter said she found a spider under her bed and I found some ants in my bathroom so they put traps all over there. They are really good about doing stuff for you. I like them. When I called them for the ants they came the very next day and put the traps. I like them because they came the very next day and they are a small company and they are not just into numbers. They want to stay in business and so they cater to cheaper customers. They are really reliable and you can call them and they would come out and you don't have to worry about them not coming out. I would recommend them. They have organic and regular pesticides. They are not afraid of my dogs. With the previous company they used to make a fuss because of my dogs and here I don't have to worry. This company knows the animals and they know where everything is. They know me and I know them and it is a comfortable relationship. I think it is very important for a home owner to have such a relationship with somebody who comes home so regularly. You know who they are and they know you and it's a family owned business. They are trying to take care of you as a customer and all those things make a great company.
