Roofing
They came out in October 2006 to sign the roof. There was a major storm before they replaced it and a lot of people without roofs. When the sale person came out, he stated the roof would last 40 years. I didn't realize that they did not cover the workmanship. We had a major leak yesterday for the first time. When I called today they told me it was only covered for 2 years. The shingles are covered for 40 years but the work is only good for 2 years. That does not sound right to me. He mislead me by writing 40 years all over the paperwork.

Roofing
Our overall experience was horrible. They were totally unreliable and did not show up to perform work on time. We were not allowed to speak to a supervisor to voice our complaints. The only way to get them to start work was to file a complaint against them.
