ANDERSON DOORS & WINDOWS

They are coming back to finish the job. They told me no on the window coil then they said oh you are right. They have to come and repair my window sash and finish the job. I don't think the windows look that great inside. They say the quikty is better, but I still have not noticed a temp change and I even have a foam attic.  At least Homedepo completed the job on my other windows I bought from them and didn't argue with me on what was on the contract. When I asked to speak to Tracy they sent me to a nice sales guy who STILL DID not say SORRY FOR YOUR TROUBLES. I NOW have to wait a few days for them to finish the job. For 6K I WILL NOT HAVE THEM COME BACK EVER AGAIN. I will finish the house with HomeDepo Windows.

I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a good job and we're very pleased with the windows. They're very expensive though. There were seven windows. The windows are more temperature sensitive. They seem to keep out the cold and keep out the heat. They're also easier to operate and you can clean them without ever having to go outside. They unsnap and tilt and come down so you can clean them from the inside of your house without having to go outside. The guarantee that goes with them for life is good and they won't become cloudy or whatever and if they, by any chance, do, they replace them for free. I think they're way over-priced and you're paying for the name. One of the windows they brought out was broken, so that delayed the job being completed, and I don't know if it was the installer's fault or Anderson Doors and Windows fault for chipping it and turning it over to the installer. I don't know when the windows were broken.
